Going to the hairdressers can be a tricky business.
If you go in without a definite idea of what you want, the end result can come out fine.
But sometimes, having your eye on that special style can end up looking terrible.
Most of us have been there – as a teen, you cut out a picture of your favourite pop star and bring the photo to the salon.
But after an hour or so in the chair your
beautiful locks are slowly piling up on the floor and you realise –
after it’s too late – that you’ve made a huge mistake.
Fortunately, hair grows back quickly though and most of the time the damage isn’t too embarrassing.
But sometimes wannabe fashion icons go way past the line of acceptable and try to start a style of their own.
This can range from anything like a fake Oreo packet on your head to a multi-coloured pineapple shaved in 3D.
